How do I return an item?


We fully guarantee our products.
In the event that you receive a defective product please contact us, by email, straight away. We usually request evidence of the defect - often a photograph by email will be sufficient although we may request the defective item is returned to us BEFORE a replacement is despatched.


Products ordered in error can be returned - please contact us by email quoting your order number.
Returned products must be complete, in saleable condition and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate handling fee for inspecting and repackaging products - typically 20%

If you require a refund please advise us by email. Any refund will only be for the value of the product. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of our outward shipping even if it is not shown on your invoice.
Return postage costs will be at your cost. We will not accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by your carrier.


We take care to ensure products are in good condition and adequately packaged in preparation for delivery. Occasionally products can be damaged while in transit.

We strongly advise our customers to closely inspect all delivered packages for damage at the time they are delivered and in the presence of the driver.

If necessary open the package in the presence of the driver - do not sign for, or accept your package if there is any damage - damaged parcels should be left with the driver for return to Toolovation.

You take receipt of damaged parcels at your own risk. Postage for returned products under these circumstances is payable by you.
