What are my shipping options?

We only sell products that we have in stock, in our UK warehouse.

In the unlikely event of a stock error we will contact you to let you know.

We ship to all regions of the UK. We despatch every business day. 

We ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.  All products are shipped DAP (Delivered at place)/DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Toolovation only takes responsibility for shipping the product.  Customers are required to pay any import costs including VAT, duties and clearing fees.

Shipping costs can vary according to where you are and the weight / size of the package. We seek to provide you with good value, reliable shipping.

For most products and destinations there is a priority delivery option if you require your order quickly.

Some UK locations and regions cost more and may take longer to arrive - this is beyond our control.

Our FREE shipping is calculated on the net value of the products in your cart i.e. before VAT is added.

Large or heavy products that ship as freight may not be eligible for free shipping. If you are not sure please email us and we can get a shipping quote for you.

Our FREE shipping option is an economy service - you can upgrade this for an additional fee if you require a faster service.

Our online system will calculate your shipping cost during check out. In the event our system makes a mistake we reserve the right to increase the shipping cost - we will be in touch with you.

We aim to despatch orders placed before 2pm the same day, This is not guaranteed. Orders placed at weekends will be despatched on Monday.
